About Quest

Embark on an Unforgettable Voyage Aboard MV Quest

Originally crafted in Denmark in 1992 as a ferry along Greenland's west coast, MV Quest underwent a remarkable transformation in 2004/2005, evolving into a cozy expedition vessel. In 2018, the passenger area received a refreshing makeover, enhancing the overall experience.

MV Quest welcomes up to 53 passengers, ensuring an intimate atmosphere. All 26 cabins have ocean views and private facilities. Our Triple Cabins offer both upper and lower berths, while other cabins feature either two lower berths or a comfortable double bed.  For an elevated experience, our Superior Cabins provide spacious accommodations complete with armchairs and a TV. And for the utmost luxury, the Owner's Cabin boasts a double bed, two expansive picture windows, a separate seating area, and a TV.

Quest's clever, compact design unlocks extraordinary possibilities, allowing us to access destinations that remain off-limits to larger vessels. Here, we believe in more than just observing from a distance – we invite you to immerse yourself, up close and personal, in the wonders of the world.

RIB Tours

At Quest, we're all about expanding horizons and ensuring every adventure is as exhilarating as it can be. That's why we're thrilled to offer not one, not two, but six cutting-edge RIBs (rigid inflatable boats) that redefine expedition cruising. With these nimble vessels at our disposal, we unlock a world of possibilities, making it possible to reach remote shores that others can only dream of. What sets us apart is that these RIBs can comfortably accommodate all of our passengers, ensuring everyone, from the young explorers to the seasoned adventurers, has a chance to partake in the excitement. Plus, with easy and safe access through the side port, boarding and disembarking become a breeze. It's an unprecedented feature on a ship our size, and it's just one more way we're dedicated to bringing the thrill of discovery right to your fingertips.

Panorama Lounge

Welcome to the Quest Panorama Lounge, perched high on our ship to provide breathtaking Arctic views throughout your journey. As you step into this inviting space, natural light floods in through expansive windows. Here, enjoy hot beverages and snacks while taking in the awe-inspiring scenery. The lounge offers captivating talks on the region's flora, fauna, and history, and it's home to a bar and a small library, creating an unforgettable blend of adventure and relaxation. Join us in the Quest Panorama Lounge, where the Arctic's excitement comes to life.

Facilities

Beside everything already mentioned, the Quest ship boasts an array of modern facilities to enhance your expedition experience. Notably, our bathrooms were thoughtfully renovated in 2018, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your journey.

Take in the Arctic's beauty on our spacious observation decks, offering breathtaking vistas. Passengers are invited to visit the bridge around the clock, providing continuous opportunities for wildlife sightings and exploration.  And for dining, our Arctic Kitchen restaurant awaits, promising delightful culinary experiences amid the Arctic wilderness.
